STEERING COMMITTEE
COAST’s Steering Committee is responsible for the planning, monitoring and delivery of the project’s work plan. It comprises the Project coordinator and the leaders from each partner organization. It will be formally formed at the kick-off meeting, and will gather virtually every 6 months, or whenever is needed.
